Pipeline is comprised of several modules that establish an end-to-end solution for our residential production homebuilders.
The Estimating module makes sure the right materials get to the job site. It uses dynamic logic to pre-determine the key measurements that are already factored based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) gathered and the options selected. The right quantities are based on contextual awareness of the location of walls and other key factors in the construction of the home.
The Bill of Materials (BOM) produced from the Estimating module feeds into the Purchasing module. This module will link a product to a selected trades cost. This module produces a Purchase Order (PO) and marries the costs to the BOM enabling the creation of a budget for a builder that is specific to each of their jobs.
The Scheduling module produces a project plan that manages all aspects related to building a house. This module creates scheduling tasks for every phase of the build, including inspections. The Scheduling module creates a fluid process that dynamically updates project tasks with any changes that occur.
The detailed project plan tells trades where they need to be on specific dates for planning purposes. It connects tasks so one task can start when one is finished or two tasks can start together. If there is a lag in the project, it will update the other associated tasks dynamically. The Scheduling module works with the Purchasing module to pay vendors when scheduling tasks are completed.
The Sales module provides a lot map which will quickly show what lots in a community are selling. It will also detail which elevations are selling allowing a homebuilder to shift priorities and availability in their communities. Home buyers can select the lot, elevation, plan and additional options for their selected home. The Sales module will also produce a contract for the final sale of the home.
The Vendor Portal is an analytics tool that displays trade information such as the number of jobs each has, the number of POs assigned to them, all scheduling tasks, status of invoices and any documents assigned to jobs allowing a homebuilder to quickly view which trades are on their job site at specific times. This module Integrates with the Sales, Purchasing and Scheduling modules.
